We're still in the kitchen. ka fe is in its research-and-development phase: testing flavors, tasting matcha, and dialing in every drink before we commit it to the menu.
Rather than post a menu we'll rewrite ten times before opening, we'd rather show you the real one when it's ready. What we can tell you now: it'll be craft coffee and matcha, and a few signature drinks made here from scratch, all made in-house by hand. Plus a small food menu, all in development for our Spring 2027 opening.
The espresso classics will all be there: cortados, cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes, americanos, every shot pulled on Devoción. Their Colombian beans reach Brooklyn within weeks of harvest, fresher than nearly anyone in coffee.
